Unless they up draw sizes to 2000 or 3000 they will not be able to dip below 450. Remember that several hundred people with 450 or more points are added every month.
Realistically speaking it will take a long time to drop.
This is not a judgement of a persons skills or personal worth, everybody has a great deal to offer Canada-they are below replacement population growth. It's just a numbers game. Perhaps once the backlog clears and the Cec applicants who lost out because of the cap in 2014 are dealt with the draws might get a lot bigger. Good luck, let's hope chic work fast to clear the way to increase the draw sizes.
