What do you mean? Of course you can call the CIC and ask questions.
I called in regards to a different topic but since the agent was super nice I asked about the draw.
I was referring to someone else who mentioned talking to a CIC "agent".

The "I talked to a CIC agent" is such BS lol. Anecdotes !=facts. Reminds me of: "My friend told me..." or "Two of my friends said/did XYZ so it must be true"

does anyone else think that it is possible to have acut off score around 400 points in this draw.

Fact: many students and internatinals were getting lmia while there scores were as low as 350-360 without lmia- now all extra lmia pints got cut off for them.

any student here will get the point of the past situation i am talking about easily.

But yea, open for any questions on this discussion.

LMIA drop is 600-50. Canadian edu increase is +15/30. Even if LMIA candidates are lesser than candidates with canadian education, the LMIA drop should bring down the pool average score by a decent amount. I will be shocked if cutoff goes up; it would need a insanely high number of candidates with canadian edu in comparison with LMIA candidates.

Which is the case.
Really? I had no idea. Wow. As much as I want an ITA in the next draw, i am also generally very curious, from an analytics standpoint, to see what happens in the next draw

All the previous low score candidates but got 600 points for LMIA don't affect the average score in the pool. Because they mostly likely get ITA right away. ( wouldn't linger in the pool for too long)

So the overall score in the pool is therefore increased due to Canadian educations.

You're forgetting the fact that 1000+ LMIAs are issued every month. Thousands of new students don't graduate every month.
