If you chose to appear in IELTS on 7th February your Listening, Reading and Writing skills will be tested on this date. The Speaking part takes place 7 days before or after the test date (7th February). Some test centers conduct the speaking test on the same date.
This should be in the confirmation email you received from the IELTS test center. If you haven't received any confirmation emails from the IELTS test center, wait for it.

IELTS will conduct all 4 module same date, very rare next day. Self experience.
If you have more doubts, you must call IDP or British Council the location where you made payments, they are the best person to clarify. You paid money, now focus on your IELTS exam. Rest all headache is IELTS, now.
