There are some chances of one FSW or CEC draw based on immigration minister decision.

I think some people received ITA this year might not responded due to covid travel restrictions or personal situation changes due to covid.

So, any remaining ITA / ITA not responded may lead to one FSW(or CEC) draw on year end. So that, those application will be received and processed next year.

There’s no such thing as an FSW draw. The all program draw which was stopped last year in December includes all express entry streams and might continue from next year.

Yes all program draw.

It doesn’t matter if they respond or not. Their goal is this year and any draw this year is impossible to land this year. Even next year, according to thestar, there is a backlog of 562k PR, so they are good for next year’s quota as well. Most likely nothing will happen before the throne speech nov 22nd, where the mandate letters are released afterwards with the new goals for the ministers.

hi everyone, my score is 452, do you advise me to create the profile and be in the pool or wait till i can figure out if i can claim points for a valid job offer (i am talking to my employer) ?

in other words, if i am in the pool, do i have the ability to change my profile before receving the ITA ?

thanks!

Enter the pool now. No reason not to do that.

There is almost never any reason to be NOT in the pool. Simple.

Thanks everyone, i guess next CEC draws will have high score surely.
i think i will take IELTS test too, as i already got my french, to get more points.

and when it says:
No program specified

it means that everyone( cec, fsw) can get an ITA, if they are above the score right?

why do you think so ?

Do you know that CEC specific was a thing in 2020 and 2021 only, right? Backlogs, things getting back to normal, and why would IRCC conduct another CEC draw? What would be the logic for a CEC draw now or in 2022?

no i actually did not know that !
but in my case, as i qualify for FSW too, if there are any 'No program specified ', it means i can apply too right?
