A Vancouver local Chinese newspaper reported that one of the first round candidates who got his/her ITA on Feb 10, had received a message on Mar 17 from CIC saying that the application has been completed; requesting mail passport to CIC.

The journalist contacted CIC for confirmation, and Sonia Lesage from CIC did not deny it.

Wait wait wait.

Are we saying that after 5 draws of over 5000 people...only 1 person has been asked to send in their passport.

I know it's only 3 whole months since it kicked off but...really??
