Newly born baby Application payment form

Dear All,

we got a new baby after sending initial application to CIO , now i am about to submit full documents to London Visa office, I have included the baby with our application and adjusted all related form, i just want to know how can i fill the payment form of her 150 CAD as the form including 1 Principal applicant fees of 550 CAD which was already paid to CIO, please advice shall i just cross it out with pen or just enclose the demand draft without payment form ?

First of all Congratulations

You need
updated Generic Form.
150cad$ demand Draft
4 photos of child
Child birth certificate [notarized copy]
copy of passport of child.

Now for fees just use the same form as sent to CIO. Which has already filled two columns of fees 550CAD$ for u and ur spouse.
Filled the 3rd column for child 150CAD$. With pencil write in front of 550$ [U & ur Spouse] [Already paid]
and then mention on the bottom that....
ATT: This is the processing fees of a baby born after full application to CIO. Principle applicant and spouse fees were already being paid.
