I am Scottish and I have just got my Diploma here, so applying for the Postgraduate work permit. After I get this I am thinking about applying for the nominee program here in Newfoundland. It says you have to show you want to stay in the province permanently.I have no plans to leave as my spouse is from here, so does this mean if you re-locate in the future your residency is taken from you, or is there a certain time limit you have to stay?
