Hi ,
Can please someone tell me what is an ECA. Planning to apply for FSW 2174 ,but have no clue from where to begin.please guide me with some useful links.

The cap has already been reached for 2174 and no further applications are being accepted.

So unless you have a job offer in Canada, it's too late to apply.

true, the NOC list can change, you will not know now......but why wait for Canada....while there are chances to immigrate to other countries...such as New Zealand, Australia...
