Newborn passport

I would like to ask about newborn passport , I'm applying from canada , which form exactly I need to fill ? Can it be handwritten or must be typed by computer ? Also should the guarantor be canadian citizen for 5 years or can be less than this period??

I read the guarantor requirements as being a citizen who has known the parent applying for 2 years and knows of the child.

The form I looked at implies either typed or written in Capitals in black ink or dark blue ink given easier for scanning.

note above just based on my interpretation of the above link as I have never applied for a child’s passport
