I’m Canadian, my husband is also Canadian and we just had a baby. I received my baby’s birth certificate and my husbands name is not on it! We live in china so we need to have visas. He holds the working visa so he can obtain a visa for his wife and baby.... HOWEVER.. his name is not on the baby’s birth certificate... what can I do? I’ve tried calling and emailing the visa office but nothing. I have a visa that’s connected to my husband but I’m worried my baby won’t be able to get it. I won’t be able to get a new one in time. Please help!!!
