I have less than three months left to get all my docs together for filing on Jan 1, 2013. I'd like these to be as complete as possible. Can someone let me know what all I need or let me have a link to a list of docs required?

1. Since the new rules for FW haven't been published as yet and so there are no new forms.
2. Also since you have to have your foreign educational credential assessment and no companies have been picked as yet you are jumping the gun.

THere is not much you can make now except to take the eilts test for your spouse and you. Otherwise you should wait

Perhaps, you can start translating your document and try to acquire your Police Clearance Certificate.

But, becareful, those translations and certificates may have time limit (not more than 3 months old from apply date?)

Some seniors can help?

You may want to secure birth certificates, passport, take ielts both you and your spouse and other employment documents.
