New TRV Application - A Bit Confused!

Hi there, I am a bit confused with the new TRV application. I currently have a valid PGWP and would now like to submit my application for a multiple entry TRV. I know they switched the system over to online. I am also in Canada so I am applying from within. I started doing an application IMM5257 but I am not sure if it is the correct one. Can you please send me the link as to where I should go to do my online application for the TRV, from within Canada, already in possession of a PGWP. Thank you!

Complete the online questionnaire and it will show you the form you will need. it should IMM5708E

y he has to fill imm 5708. he just want to apply for multiple entry , he already has work permit .

i did. and but i could nt complete it.

y they asking for another form 5708 . this form is for extend work permit and for restoration.

we have work permit then y we should fill this form .
