New to PNP

Hi, I am not familiar with the PNP.

I know that OINP is closed as of now but what is it like when its open? is there a limited amount of Nominations?

Do they just email you without you applying saying you are nominated?

I am eligible for the nomination but how hard will it be for me to get one?

When it will open no one knows, hopefully soon... quota is also unknown but will soon be announced.
