if your last education was not 4.5 years old...you definitely fall in SPP...however if it exceeds 4.5 years, yet you have work experience, some colleges will still consider you under SPP. 10 year B1/b2 visa required permission every time u wish to visit USA now. however, as u retuned earlier, hence getting another permission of visit won't be a problem for u. and your visit to USA will certianly be a plus for u when u apply for canada visa.

Cheers!

I hv completed my graduation in Sep 2010. So its just 2 and half years. So it means i can apply under SPP. wOw

One more thing bro if u dunn mind. As i mentioned in Original Post, I am running a Tin Facilitation Centre and Pan Centre from Feb 2006 to till date.My basic duties are to manage the staff and do data entries and to prepare returns online. Will they count this as a Gap or Work Experience ? Before that i ws doing this work at my home for 2 years. Can i get it covered in any way ? What your recommendations are ?

Sorry for asking so many questions as i am a noob in these study visas.

well, it's certainly a good thing for you as long as you have proofs of your firm. was your firm registered, were u filing tax basis your firm or consultancy? if you have proofs, then it definitely adds value to your gap. but then you would also need to explain in your SOP for every change you took in your career. for example, if one worked in pharmaceutical firm first and then moved to construction which are totally different from each other, in such a case, candidate needs to be very clear in his/her sop for such a change.

hope it helps.

Cheers!

Yes bro i do file my income tax returns from 2006. Can u send me any SOP sample or ur SOP on my email id sahilarora2003 @ yahoo . com (without spaces). From that i'll get an idea for how to write SOP.

Thanx

I will surely send you couple of SOPs. However, the first step you need to focus on is to obtain LOA, then file for GIC. then make payment in GIC and pay tuition fee. that's when SOP comes into picture. which intake you are applying for?

I am thinking of applying for Post Graduation in HR or Marketing. I dunno what is GIC. Can u throw some light on it as im still a noob in this scene lol.... And Some r suggesting me to apply for Sep but im thinking of Jan intaka. What u think is best for me bro ?

I would like you to decide a course on your own. though what i can suggest you is consider your last education and your work experience then choose a course matching with both... as far as GIC is concerned, follow the link w.scotiabank.com/ca/en/0,,5698,00.html

and about applying when, i would suggest make no further delays as at the moment, they are giving students leverage. CHC has posted on their website too that they need 50,000 immigrants in 2013 and since last 6 months they have made many changes in application procedure. so i would suggest go for september intake, and then even if u decide to go in Jan,2014, once you are done getting a visa for september, you can get it delayed giving a reason.

Cheers!

hope it helps.
