New to Express Entry with Few Queries

I am new and soon I will create express entry profile.

Initially, I have just two queries.

1. For 67 points, experience is one of the requirement, please confirm that experience should be within 10 years. Mean experience after 10 years will not consider even for 67 points?

2, I have ECA, in which my qualification is equivalent to Canadian Four Years Bachelor Degree...I want to add another degree / diploma...Can I add one year diploma in any discipline? Like One year diploma in french? For points "two or more degree / diploma certificates"

1. You need one year of continuous skilled work experience in one NOC to be eligible. It must be within the last 10 years. also need CLB of 7.
2. You need ECAs for both to get points for “two or more”.

different noc is also not applicable? for 67 also experience within 10 years?

Not sure what you are asking but you can use another NOC but your primary NOC is at least one year of continuous skilled work experience in one NOC. Your diploma at a college or university has to be assessed with an ECA. Is it a French language certificate? It may not be able to be assessed.

now i want to get score by 2 or more degree thererfore i m planning to complete 1 year PGD program,,,does WES accept PGD in addition of four years bachelor degree?

WES may accept it or another ECA. Depends on the program and unviversity.
