New to Business investment stream - need info

Hi All,
I am based in Dubai and exploring information to apply in the Manitoba Business Investment Stream.

1- We do not have any business experience except for a few years my wife has run a baking business from home. Does this experience fulfill the BIS Manitoba requirement ? If not....can we still apply in the BIS Program ?
2- What is the minimum score in the "self assessment" required to qualify for the Business Investment Stream of Manitoba ?

I get 96 points in self assessment, assuming my business experience doesn't get me any points.
Yes we have a clear business plan and we fulfil all other requirements as stated in the self assessment form.

One more question - the investment funds of 500k CAD should be in my name or my wife funds can also be considered part of 500k CAD of funds ?
