Well my application was received April 6th 2020, and I called about January 22nd and was told its in Shanghai

I called about the same time as you that was when I knew it was in Shanghai but the email sent December 2020 said Accra

Hopefully you get it. However in reality your application is March 2020 and what I'm seeing is that even with my application which happens to be in Hong Kong I found out yesterday. Kingston is still our main VO. (I'm January 2020)

I'm hoping that it makes my application really go faster. But now I'm realizing that it's probably just for the eligibility step and then back to KVO for the final decision. Because I can see that both have been touching the file. Maybe it might be different for you. But order your notes and find out. Good luck.

I come to know that as well about kvo being the main primary vo, what's sad about that I'm following kvo thread as well an not seeing any update from people there, so I have two visa office not doing any work, an the main reason file is forwarding to China vo is for faster processing.
