No..this is not for the holiday..its till further notice. I am reading about it. I think its different

I think visa application centre is different and they receive documents and send to visa office. So it might be a good thing if the visa application centre is closed as that will mean application being sent in will be processed.

My guess now that the holiday is here in Mainland likely wont open until March at best.
