Thank, what I don't understand they said the reason our file was transfer there is because they have available agents there to work on file so why our file receive going on 3 week an a agent don't start working on it ?

Yes I ecas is showing applications receive from the Jan 20 2021

Mine was received in HK jan 27th Feb 1 went to processing along with aor2

Whatever they said, it meant more agent availability than in London. Count your blessings.

Note that when offices abroad receive files it takes a while for them to register and assign; they have a queue of others being worked on as well.

U will get some update soon, but from what I'm seeing all file at Shanghai vo stuck in application receive.

Please share your TIMELINE and PA country to understand when file was transferred and changed to received status.

Heard HK VO gets four days only off for the new year, thank god. Keep them apps processing. I would think mainland vo the same.
