We all heard lot of news like in India SPP getting swapped by SDS stream which is already in play in Phillipines. It was supposed be starting on feb 1, 2018. But no confirmation on cic website. Was it all a fake rumour ?

I got offer letter from northern college in medical lab technician 3 semeter, I had given IELTS last year with overall 6 band not less than 5.5, do I get visa??
yes you can get if your are asking from point of IELTS 5.5. but there are other factors too.
