I will have to apply for a new visa before the initial one expires. I am enrolled as a full time gradate student. Kindly guide me: what are chances of visa aporoval? I am registered for second semester. Secondly , should i apply for my 3 kids with my appication? Should we apply together with one application? Kindly guide the process

You must apply for your own study permit and your children must apply for TRVs. Whether they are approved is dependent on many things including whether you have the extra finances to care for them while prioritizing your studies, whether their father consents to them going to Canada, etc.

My husband will be in saudia. He will finance us all . I will apply for their visas as dependents . But not sure, whether to apply for us 4 together?

I am from saudia. Dont know whether we need TRV from ksa?Is it recomnended to apply together?what are chances of kids visas approval?

Yes KSA is not visa exempt. Impossible to say what the chances of approval are. If you are pursuing a masters or PhD it seems to be much higher. It will also depend on your finances because things like childcare in Canada is very expensive and with 3 children. You are also unlikely to be able to work part-time like many other students because you would likely be working to pay for childcare.

If you are unwilling to leave your children in KSA while you go to Canada I would suggest you apply for their TRVs. You can apply for a longer study permit from KSA. You can't apply for an extension since you haven't landed on your first study permit. I you plan on moving to Canada before August you can wait to apply for a study permit extension until you enter Canada.

Thanks for reply. Yes i cant leave them in ksa specially in such uncertain covid conditions. You mean i should apply for their TRVs along with my new visa application? Or based upon my initial visa, i should apply for their TRVs?
