First and foremost is to get commitment from any one of the mentioned organisation.

Can any one help How to contact these organisation especially Angel to get letter of support.
Second will we have to put some feasible project to them ?

@tseve : Simple answer to your query is (NO) ......... You cannot apply under new visa program as an individual !
