New SIN for Co-op work permit?

Hi everyone,

So I have been working 20 hours per week using the SIN I got by showing my study permit. I will be starting my co-op from January and I have just received my work permit a few days back. I was wondering if I need to get a new SIN or if I have to inform Service Canada about my co-op work permit before I start working full time. I haven't read anything about getting a new SIN for the co-op job, but I just want to be sure..
