New SIN, can't get into CRA site

HI,
I have activated my COPR and just waiting on the card. I have already received a new SIN. I tried logging into the CRA website but it says there's an error and to contact them... of course, i can never get a person on the line there.

Wondering if I have to re-register with my new SIn... but will it have all my old info as well if i do that?

Re-register. CRA will link your old information.
