New schedule A FORM NOVEMBER 2018

Okay so i got a request letter from immigration for a new schedule a form on October 25 because i was apparently missing information. I uploaded the form abd missing document. Note i just found out online that there is a NEW schedule A form as of November 2018. Are they going to ask me complete the new form and send it Again?

Since you haven't sent them a Schedule A yet (you just sent that attachment), you should of course send them the newest version available.

Wait a minute, I just went to see. It says that that the November 2018 Schedule A is to be used only with kits IMM 5289 and IMM 5772.

EDIT: I couldn't find what these were in the dropdown. They are the complete and the shorter guide.

Yes this is what i was unsure of as well, and also, the request letter asks for an original signature, but the new form only provides an electronic one. So maybe send the old form to be safe but be prepared to send the new one? Lol
