My name is idris abdirahman from somalia i live in germany i am refugee but i want apply canadian lottery or refugee how i apply it could some body help me please

Canada does't have an immigration lottery.

If you want to apply for refugee status in Canada, you would need to obtain a tourist visa to Canada (TRV) and claim refugee status when you arrive in Canada.

What's wrong with Germany? If you have a status there, you can't apply for this status anywhere else. If you are an illegal immigrant in Germany, your chances to get a status in another place are close to zero.
