BC might start accepting in late Jan or, Feb. I guess the best approach is to check all provincial sites once a week. Shouldn't take much time once you have the URL listed out. Good luck

Hello Sir, As I understand AINP is open only for people who has valid job offer? Am I right? Or, for example, there is the same stream like in Saskachevan (In-Demand sub stream (without job offer)?).

For AINP, you do need a job offer. However, it can be in NOC C and D
