New portal payment error

Hi,

Yesterday I tried to send an application in the new portal for a temporary resident visa, when paying an error appeared, when I re-enter the application it says "pending" status.

A few hours later I go back in and now it says continue or delete, when I continue it asks me to pay again.

But the problem is that the payment was applied to my card.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem or a contact form.

Two payments attempts of mine failed. Few mins later my bank called and inquired about the transaction and said they blocked it just in case. After I requested them to unblock, the payment was successful.
The only other reason I can think of is the type of card you're using.
