I heard that since 2015, the Expression of Interest (EOI) system will start. (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2013/2013-10-28b.asp).
Anyone has an idea how that will affect the on-going applications? Will they try to get all our cases done before 2015 or they will slow down processing and put the unfinished cases into the EOI program?
I am trying to decide between FSW or family sponsorship, so I am wondering how FSW will be affected by the new policy.
