Hi, inquire again on what do you mean by received. if it was received February 12, 2008 and started processing on May 27, 2008.

Does it belong tot he simplified or to the new policy?

Old, it was received prior to 27/02/08

However, the in process means that the date received in the visa processing center and the in process date is May 27, 2008 as received in the processing center.

Does it categorize tot he new policy? Thanks

What part of RECEIVED PRIOR TO 27/02/08 are you having problems with? It doesn't matter when they start processing, it was when the package was received.
