I received an email from IRCC for me to submit my passport and other documents for stamping with PR visa (FSWP application).
However, I now have a new passport (with a new last name- my husband's last name).
All my documentations with IRCC, including biometrics, and the passport request letter carry the old passport details (with my maiden name).
I have submitted a case specific enquiry on IRCC webform (with a letter of explanation, the two passports, my marriage certificate, and court affidavit) to notify them of the change in my passport details, but I am yet to get a reply from them.
The 30 days window period for passport submission is already far spent.
Should I go ahead and submit the new passport, letter of explanation, marriage certificate, and court affidavit, and the other requested documents in one package to the VAC office?
