Does anybody know if a visitor visa applicant changes his/her passport during visa application what will happen? Could we change our passport after passport request letter?

It depends in the Visa office. Some don't mind, some do mind. Better call them in advance.

agree or if you had plan for new PP so why you didn;t made in advance and send them CSE now you will have limited time to do that and no idea even if they reply you within time or not as it totally depend on them
