New Online Tracker not working

Hi All,

I got my citizenship app AOR today which I applied online back in Feb 2021. I am trying to create an account on https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register but I am getting an error message "incorrect UCI or App number". Is this normal ? Did this happen to someone else as well ? Any help is greatly appreciated - Thanks

Wait a couple of days and try again. Maybe it's not on the system yet
