NEW LMIA APPLICATION FOR GAS STATION MANAGER

Hi i am working for a company as electronic technician (noc2241) for last two years on pgwp. but they are not supporting me for lmia for express entry.but i have a job offer of gas station manager.my new employer is willing to help in lmia application for new position.

i am in confusion of if i should go for it as i may face some negative points.
1 I have work experience in technical position.would job offer in retail manager will make negative effect on my PR profile.

2Should i start working as gas station manager prior to lmia assement or i should first get it done before successful PR application.
3How is success rate in ottawa ontario for gas station managers to obtain positive lmia.

So are there likely not to be any qualified Gas station managers who are citizens or PR already available in Ottawa. Are you qualified for this position in that do you have experience as a gas station manager if any other candidates come forward in response to any recruitment advertisement. Is the job/ LMIA being created for you even if you have no experience in this field.
