today i have checked CIC site and it says until April 16th they will do consultations and after which we might here new lsit comming out like in November 2008.

So guys watch out and those applying apply quickly.

We will see changes in few months from now............

i am new to this forum.happy to hear that you were not called for the interivew.Then what about fingerprints.Does new delhi office ask for fingerprints at any stage.If asked ,then what is the procedure to send fingerprints

I don't know what fingerprints you are talking about. You would need them if you were trying to get pccs from FBI or US states. In India, for the immigration process itself, you won't need fingerprints for any purpose.

thanks for ur reply. i have another question about previous visa rejection to uk . i had applied for student visa to uk and got refused . but i had missed the refusal papers . i have mentioned about the details of the rejection to the cio in my application . but i m confused if they will ask for the rejection papers given by the uk embassy at any time of the immigration process to canada

Well,the speed at which some of the cic visa offices(esp. the big BULL-Buffalo)is working,the market demand patterns will change drastically by the time an individual gets his visa..lol..
