New June 2018 Application Checklist as of today - outland apps will be mailed to Nova Scotia

checklist doesnt say its updated when you see on the list of forms but when you open it you see its updated in june and now its sydney, NS.

All is ready to go. Wife not in Canada.... can I send it? or get the wife to sign the new forms and mail it to me? SOOO annoying!!
 
Hi, I already mailed my documents to my husband and he received it on June 6 when the forms got updated. we plan to send it tomorrow. Is it ok if the forms are not updated and should we send it to nova scotia instead of the mississauga address? Please help. Thank you.
 
Unless they specify a grace period, if you submit an application after the forms have updated, they will expect that you submit the most recent forms. Edit: since they have now specified to send to NS, then that is where you should send the application.

Appreciate your response. I got worried because I'm not in canada that's why I wanted to know if it would still accept the old forms given that it was mailed a few days after the forms got updated. But yeah they have yet to specify any grace period so I guess I need to send the forms again.

Are you applying under the spouse category? I selected common law and I still get the February 2018 checklist (I downloaded and opened the form and that's what it says)

Not sure what to tell you, I just tested the common law checklist and it says June 2018 as well for me.

Hi. I have submitted my app with new checklist and Imm 0008 i.e of June 2018 to nova scotia. But i dint know the form 5406 was updated as it still shows Feb 2018 beside it when we see app package. I am sending my app for the second time. Do you think it will be a problem or they would accept the Feb 2018 version of Imm 5406. My app is delivered few days back.

GUYS any idea as we submited application using 03-2018 checklist which was appearing till 4th june 2018 and application got deliver on 12th june 2018 at CPC-M
anyone else with this same situation and whats the update ?
have they come up with grace period yet ?
