So I once applied through Gckey October 2021, but got refused.
So I reapplied through new portal now June 9th,2022.
Up until now my biometrics details and applicant details is blank when I log in.

Please what can I do?
Is this how reapplying to new portal works?

I already sent webform and mails. So tired

Which visa did you apply for?

I applied for student visa. IRCC got back that I have 2 UCI. I hope it's sorted.
