Have any one been asked to come for interview after CIC from accra has already requested for RPRF payment?.Can they also request for another medical after the payment.I have paid RPRF which they received since 17th march,2014,yet have not heard any other update except acknowledgement of receipt.what could be delaying it again?worried.God help us

You pay the fee here in Canada. Give them time to get the information to the visa office. To answer your other questions, yes they can ask for another interview if questions are raised before your spouse is landed and they can request new medicals if your spouses will be outdated before landing. Medical must be valid to land.

Because your case has lots of red flags already, and your wife was refused three times before. Your case is by no means, a typical case, and is very very complex with lots of things for the VO to analyze and consider. You can't fault CIC for that, so you just need to be patient and wait out this process.
