hi guys - need some guidance. I applied in bound on Apr 23 with AOR on May 17. Just got medical request today.

Question for you. I renewed my British passport because my old passport had no more blank pages (I used my old passport in my application). I also just got a g2. How can I provide (and do I need to provide) CIC with these two latest docs?

Use the Webform to send a copy of your new passport. The DL is irrelevant.

Thanks! My representative is having difficulty in accessing the Webform or my online account. He is only getting info through emails. Do you know how I can access it myself? Do you recommend mailing it?

Just go to the Webform page on the IRCC website. You don't login or anything. It's pretty simple.

Can I upload documents there? Seems like it’s only inquiry.
