New immigration rules

Hello All
I have applied as on 01.07.08 & my application has been processed on 14.07.08 & it has been shown in my application status on CIC site . I want to ask to all that how my application can be refused because i have applied before the date of 38 occupation list if they want to implement the new rule than imply it on or after 28.11.08( date of 38 occupation list) . They have encashed my bank draft & using my funds & the fund of all the applicants who apply after 28.02.08 & before 28.11.08. Can any body help me about that.

More ever as per new rule the less skilled person can not immigrate to canada & if they have no relation ship there that can arrange them employment than they start going illegally because they have a dream to settle there.

One more think if i have already applied in that occupation which are not in 38 occupation list & it has been processed I dont have the experience of any other occupation can i reapply in any other occupation

It was already announced on February 28 that they were changing the rules and that all new applications since then would go under the new rules. Even if you did not know this, they had already accounced it.

If they reject your application, you will get a refund. You can not apply under a job that you don't have experience in. If you want to apply under another job, you need to get the required training/experience. You can also apply under any skilled job if you have a job offer.
