New I-797B Shows Consulate/POE as Ottawa. Can I enter from any other POE ?

Hi All - I just got I797B H1 approval notice and it shows consulate/POE as Ottawa. What is the significance of this information ? I am a Canadian citizen and don't need US visa stamp to travel. Can I use this approval notice to enter US from any POE (like Dallas, Toronto overseas CBP post, etc.) ?
