New generic application asking UCI instead file No.

In New generic application form at Point No. 3 it ask to fill up UCI No. ( Unique Client Identity Number ). Earlier I applied in 2004 under federal skilled worker programme & application was refused but due to Canadian legislation all pre February 27, 2008 applications were terminated. Now I am filling up new generic application form for one of provincial nomination , which ask UCI number but I never received UCI no. instead I got File Number Bxxxxxxxxx. Can any one tell what should I write in this column.

Hey,

No point stressing, if you don't have a UCI one will given by the officer during assessment. I am in the situation but fortunately we were given UCI number.
