NEW FORMS and PAYMENT OPTION

Hi all!

I'm just waiting on my payment form that I ordered just over a week ago. So I can go to the bank and make the payment since I don't use credit card.

Which means, I've finished all the paper works. But I find that the forms get "updated" and I'm wondering all the forms should be up to date.

For example, IMM0008 form I used was updated on April 2015 but I just saw that there is an updated version on November 2015.

Should I fill out the new one? Does it matter?

Please advise on this for me!!!!


and Another question about Payment option,
Like I mentioned above, I ordered the payment form so I can go to the bank and pay the fee. It's been just over a week and I'm getting a bit worried/stressed that it could take longer to get that form in the mail?
So another option I have is using my friend's credit card to make the instant payment and pay her back.
Does it matter if the info about credit card holder doesn't match either me or my sponsor?

Yes, you need to fill out the new version of any forms. They need to be current on the date that you actually send the application.

Yes, you can use your friend's credit card. It doesn't matter if the name doesn't match.

When the update nov 2015? Do u know the specific date?
