New employer in Quebec

Hi there

I have just accepted a job offer from an employer in Montreal.
Up until now i have been working for 2 years in ontario as a temporary worker.

Now i am wondering, can i already start working for my new employer as soon as they have an approved LMO, or do i have to wait until my new work permit is approved as well?
