Hi
Application received on 24th sept
AOR 31st Oct
Medical request 20 Nov
Application transferred to ndvo 11th Dec
After that it says application received then it changed to in process and now again it says application received. It is a paper based application and I use online tool to keep track. Does anybody know how much time does it take in ndvo? I have read many forums but everyone is waiting for the same response for months now.

Hi, Our application was received on Sept 19,2019 and Medicals & Biometrics completed in December, Jan 13,2020 - File moved to NDVO. They do BGC and after that Pre-Arrival and PPR. My consultant says this is normal and every file is different so we it may take 2 weeks or up to whatever till they are done with BGC. Need to patiently wait. All the best !!

Hi all, I have a question related to the sponsorship of spouse.
We submitted our outland application in June 2019 and there was a mistake from my end recently.
I submitted a webform informing cic that my spouse and I have decided apply for a divorce and the application should not be processed further. I was angry for some reason and I did it in a haste. I want to take this back and continue with the application.
How do I let cic know that they should be continuing the application and how do I know if they have taken an action on the application after I submitted the webform?
The application is currently being processed in ndvo.
Any inputs on this will help. Thanks!

I'm a sponsor residing in Canada and my husband is the PA living in India. Can someone please tell me if it's okay to courier the application from India or I need to ask my husband to courier it to me in Canada and I have to send to Sydney from my address?
There are forms which both of u have to sign. so its better to send it to your spouse first for signature

You have to provide a signed letter via webform to the cic. I had same problems and I think they have continued processing now.
