I checked my GCKey today and the profile was updated but there was no change on any line. I submitted an amended form through a webform which was added to my file on August 29 (received the email from CSE on August 29 saying that they forwarded my documents to the responsible office) so I’m wondering if maybe just today (almost a month after the email from CSE) they actually added the form I submitted via webform to my profile and this triggered the update?

CSEs don't trigger anything like this. I saw you are a December 2017 applicant. So, there is good news on your way. You are about to get DM/PPR. This happens to most of the people. Your file got updated in the back-end but you cant see any changes in your account. This is normal behavior. Cheers!

Hello All,

My wife's application received date is 14th Feb 2018 for PR. She received her visitor visa yesterday. Now she will be travelling to Canada in less than a month and I am not expecting her file for PR to be processed so soon. In an event she is in Canada and her passport request comes in January/February - what her options would be?

1) Anyone who has received PR can comment on what all documents are received from NDVO apart from stamped passport? Do we receive landing papers or something?

2) Does she has to travel back to India and submit the passport to VFS?

3) Can she submit the passport here in Canada and do the flag pole or a quick trip to US?

The cic online account showed “account updated” in the morning. As I checked there was no update . Now it’s back to what it was before . Still waiting for DM after prearrival on 22nd

File updated on GC Key account: 12th September 2018
Prearrival letter: 13th September 2018
DM: 14th September 2018
PPR: 17th September 2018
Passport submitted to VFS Jalandhar: 17th September 2018

Hi when you say file updates on GCKey do you mean that you saw “application/profile updated” but when you clicked nothing was changed?

I have got a call from ndvo asking me to submit few more pictures of my wedding..they have asked me to send it through email.i have been asked to send atleast 15 more pictures..
My question is can I send it through google drive and attach in an email because in an email I can’t upload more than 3 or 4..is there any other way to attach 15 to 25 pictures in an one email?
I am December 27 2017 applicant..

Did they ask any other questions too over the phone or just asked you to send the pictures? Is there any red flags in your relationship?
