New Delhi (NDVO) 2017 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

they asked for my husband's job deails and also requested the IMM5669 form again.....let me know if the status got changed because they are done reviewing it or it's just because of the system?
File was Transferred March to ND. And since we have waited for BGC but nothing. Then on CIC account it kept showing additional documents required but nothing was requested.
So this morning I called and waited the long wait to speak to an agent. She couldn't give much after it was transferred BUT I asked her to make sure they had every thing that was requested which she did. Turns out they uploaded the FBI check and Australian police check together as one file. So it was showing that the Australian check was still missing.
However, we did send it on web form and by mail because we weren't sure to send it to New Delhi or Canada. The request was made before it was transferred.
Now I'm wondering if that's why our BGC hasn't started yet or maybe that's why it keeps showing additional docs required.
Maybe minor but really shows they aren't checking thoroughly on all things.

I send screen shot of 2 months chat and call history with my husband and explained whether they want my id and password of skype or messanger but they never asked or never questioned about my screen shots
