you are april 2018 applicant so one thing you have to wait long because they are working on july & august 2017 applicants

when you check your ecas status did they mention they start processing means in process status or still application received.

My wife is Aug 1st, 2017 applicant.
File transfer oct17 and bck check started feb 27th this year, nothing after that. I just did the MP inquiry and they told me that the 12 months processing time starts when my sponsership got approved so i have to wait till fall and said the medical and criminality checks are done and eligibilty in queue. Is it correct that processing time starts when you get sponsorship approved or the MP office making fool of others. By the way, I went to Sonia Sidhu's office. She is in brampton constituency. Whatever the Mp office told me about the file I see the same in gc key and ecas. Let me know if somebody can explain little bit about the processing time.

he is right your file is in still 12 months time frame wait untill next month you will get some thing soon

I don't think it is true. Even the cic website says that the 12 months processing time includes Sponsor Approval. And if you look at the trend, most applications have been completed within 12 months from the date of Application Received.
You could apply for your GCMS notes to get more clarity on your application.

Yes, unfortunately GCMS notes takes a month. If you are august 1 applicant you should hear something pretty soon.

I didn’t get mail that file transfer to NDVO MY MEDICAL done on 31 may and passed after 7 days but i didn’t get any mail of transfered file , how much it takes time to tranfer file to NDWO AFTER MEDICAL???
