Yes we are on the thread. Here is our time line again.
Application received: 27 July 2017
Aor 1: 6 Sept 2017
Medical req: 14 Sept 2017
Sched A and PCC req: 15 Sept 2017
SA: 18 Sept 2017
FBI clearance req: 5 Oct 2017
(This took us 4 months to get from fbi and submit)
We never got a Aor 2 except that random email from NDVO saying “we will contact you in may or june” (I believe most of you got the same email)
DM (ecas) and Invitation letter (gckey): 25 May 2018
PPR: 4 June
Dropped passport at VFS: 5 June
NVDO received passport: 6 June
"dispatched" on VFS tracking : 14 June (text msg stating, its ready for pick up the same evening. Wife opted to pick up rather than delivery)
Passport picked up from VFS : 15 June

Me also submitted on 5th june bt there is no email or status update for pasport dispatch

You will get your PPR request by Oct or Nov.. Now NDVO is issuing PPR's for Jun, Jul and Aug applicants.. Wait patiently..

I apllied for visitor visa on my wife's delivery time, the immigration officer said ur pr file can b processed accrding to timing dats why we r not allow u visitor visa this time. If u want visitor visa then aplly again then we will allow u

You can apply visitor visa. However it isn’t guaranteed that it’ll be approved. You can give it a try
