Actually we submitted it at Chandigarh n they asked if we can pick it up from Patiala which is closer to our place. thats why.

My wife is going to drop off her passport tomorrow at the VFS Global office. she recently changed home address, does she need to tell them the change of address. We already informed the Delhi office through the webform
